*eParcel Express Post delivery orders must be placed before 2pm and be located within the Australia Post Express Post delivery network.

 

Orders over $59 qualify for free standard shipping (within Australia only).

If your order is under $59, we charge a flat rate of $5.95 for standard shipping, anywhere in Australia, any size order.

Orders received before 2:00pm (Sydney time) will be processed and dispatched the same day. We do not currently dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email that will include tracking details, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. iWsales is not responsible for shipping transit times, any transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and public holidays and may vary during peak periods. Isolated or remote areas can take up longer to get to.


 

Shipping Restrictions within Australia

Some of the products we sell are classified as Flammable or Dangerous Goods, as such these items are not approved for air travel within Australia and must travel by road, or standard shipping. This means that items such as nail polish, fragrance and aerosols cannot be sent via Express Post. If you wish to order these items, the Express Post shipping option will not be made available for that purchase.


 

Insurance

Want extra piece of mind? For an additional $2.95, we offer full cover shipping insurance against damaged or loss during shipping. This insurance is available as an option for any shipping method within Australia.


 

Authority to Leave

iWsales does not authorise Safe Drop when we dispatch orders, we require each order to be signed for. However, we do understand that it might be more convenient for you to select this option based on your circumstances. Should you request this at the time of placing your order, or directly with our carrier, prior to delivery in doing so, you accept that iWsales is in no way liable for any theft, damage or other unanticipated matters relating to your shipment.


 

Order Changes

Because of the way our system processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. If you feel there was an error in your order confirmation, please contact us at orders@iwsales.com.au Order changes must be made within 2 hours of order completion.


 

Returns Policy

At iWsales we proudly stand behind every product and we strive to make your shopping experience with us rewarding and enjoyable. Therefore, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any product we would love to hear about it and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

If you received your order and you've changed your mind about something you've purchased, simply contact us via email on info@iwsales.com.au within 30 days of receiving the item. Should you wish to send the item back to us, we will happily issue you with a store credit, provided the item is returned to us, unopened/ unused and/or untested with the original packaging and contents. We would recommend that you use a trackable shipping method when returning an item to us, this will avoid any complications arising from a lost returned parcel. The return shipping cost is at your expense and is non refundable. 

You may be eligible to have your return postage costs reimbursed through PayPal's Refunded Returns scheme. Please check their website for terms and conditions.

Once we have received your returned item, it will be inspected. If the item is found not to be in a resalable/ orginal condition (for example damaged packaging, opened or used) we might not be able to issue you a store credit. If this is the case, you will be responsible for the expense associated with iWsales having to resend the item back to you.

We kindly remind you that you must contact us before returning anything and obtain a return authorisation.


 

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that an item arrives and is faulty, you can request a refund or replacement item by going to the "Completed Orders" page in the "Your Account" section of our website. If you’d rather contact us via email, no problem.. you can email us directly on info@iwsales.com.au, just be sure to include the order number relating to the item in question in all correspondence. We will endeavour to answer any enquiries within 1 working day.


 

Goods Damaged or Lost in transit

We will always do our best to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched quickly so it arrives to you when expected and in good condition. iWsales gives all our customers the opportunity to insure their shipment for extra piece of mind, during checkout. If you choose to insure your order and it goes missing, we will investigate this with the carrier on your behalf, which can take up to 14 days. If the shipment cannot be located within that time, we will happily replace the order for you, without charge.

If you choose not to insure your order, by doing so you understand and accept that iWsales is in no way responsible for your shipment and we will not refund, replace or reship it.


 

Goods Returned to Sender

In the event that an order that iWsales has sent out is returned to us due to i). the address supplied by the customer being incorrect and/ or insufficient (ie. not including your apartment number) or ii). it remained unclaimed at an Australia Post outlet for a period of 14 days, Australia Post will return the order to iWsales at an additional cost to iWsales. In a situation such as this, iWsales will deduct the cost of the return postage from the order total to be refunded to the customer. iWsales will only re-send the order if the customer agrees to pay an additional postage fee.
